This typically is a standard review of basic borrower data like name, address, date of birth, income history, a few supporting documents, etc. Once that is complete we follow up by doing a review review of your borrowing needs and credit score so we can help recommend a loan program to help you achieve your goal.
At this step we will provide our best programs and pricing options for you and your unique situation.
At this stage we will have all the information we need to process your loan documentation. You will have chosen a loan program and we will have had multiple conversations about what fits you best. You’ll have chosen a loan and we would now be verifying all of your information at a deeper level.
Sometimes our underwriters will ask for more information or simply suggest a different path. Don’t worry! This is normal, happens all the time, and guiding you through this process is really what we are good at. We want to help, so, we’ll work with you to determine the best path based on any additional requests or recommendations from our well trained, veteran underwriting staff.
